Clinical Pilates helps you to be your best physically and prevent further injury. We can help you reach your fitness goals and make Clinical Pilates a valuable part of your life.

A Pre-Pilates Assessment is essential for all new Pilates clients. This 45 – 60 minute assessment allows the Physiotherapist to give you a full musculoskeletal assessment and to take note of any history of injury and determine the best class for your ability level and goals.

We recommend that you attend at least 2 classes per week for optimal benefits! Our Classes run in 10 week terms, but you are able to join at any time throughout the term . Please ask at Reception for start dates.

*Classes are claimable on your Private Health Fund

*Make up policy – Non attendance without prior notification will be charged at the normal class rate. Missed classes from a previous term can be carried forward to the next continuing term as ‘makeup classes’. ‘Makeup classes’ are booked in addition to not in place of existing term dates.
