Our Teen Pilates Classes are a great alternative and also addition to high intensity or high impact sport ! The classes are fun, challenging, informative and engaging and are suitable for teenagers of all abilities. Our classes use a range of Pilates equipment including the foam roller, Balance disc, Theraband, Pilates ring, weight balls and sometimes the Reformer Pilates Machine !

Classes are held on Thursdays at 4:30 pm– 5:30 pm during the school term.
Teens are required to come for a Pre-Pilates Class Assessment with the Physiotherapist. This allows the Physiotherapist to assess their current ability and take note of any injuries or goals specific to the Teen.
