A class focussing on a series of movements incorporating core stability, strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and coordination using stability equipment and small apparatus like foam rollers, balance discs, weighted balls, resistance bands and more.
The exercises are progressive and safe, guided by our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists who will allow you to work at your own pace with an emphasis on technique and individual progress.
Maximum 6 people. (due to covid!) These classes can also be attended via Zoom We offer different levels of all classes, L1 (gentle), L2 (intermediate), L3 (advanced).
