Pregnancy and childbirth put a great deal of stress on your body, especially your pelvic floor and core stability muscles.
Our pre and postnatal classes are small group classes that focus on a combination of matwork and Reformer Pilates to strengthen your pelvic floor and improve core stability.
After your 6-week postnatal medical check-up, you will have a physiotherapy musculoskeletal assessment.
