Pregnancy and childbirth place significant stress on your body, particularly on your pelvic floor and core stability muscles.
Our prenatal and postnatal classes are designed to help you stay strong and active throughout your pregnancy while preparing your body for childbirth and the transition into motherhood.
Led by an experienced exercise physiologist with a passion for women’s health, these small group classes combine Reformer Pilates and matwork, focusing on exercises that enhance pelvic floor strength, pelvic stability, and core stability. We also aim to reduce back and pelvic pain, educate you on proper breathing techniques, and improve abdominal separation.
An initial assessment is required before joining the class, allowing the therapist to tailor the session to your specific needs. If you are postpartum, please ensure you have received clearance from your GP or OB before returning to exercise.
