Strong Bones

Designed specifically for people with osteoporosis and osteopenia (low bone density), this class focuses on exercises to safely improve bone density, and incorporates strength training, mobility and balance exercises to improve overall mobility and prevent falls. This class uses our gym and studio equipment (weights, balance discs, foam rollers, resistance bands +more) and Pilates Reformers.
