Golf Fit is led by Exercise Physiologist and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) qualified, Sam Catherall and may be exactly what you need to improve your golf fitness. This class focuses on stability, strengthening and flexibility, to help you enjoy your game for longer. It involves a combination of matwork, Reformer, body weight and handheld weighted exercises.
