GET SNOW READY WITH A 7 WEEK ‘SNOW FIT’ PROGRAM

Tue  5:30pm-6:30pm at Vertikal Indoor SnowSports

Thur 5:30pm-6:30pm at Higher Function

New Clients must have Physiotherapy Assessment before starting program $75.00 (normally $175)

$635.00 or $560.00 for returning clients

1 hour Snow Fit Class at Higher Function Physio & Pilates

• Ski / Snowboarding specific strength, stability & flexibility
• Focus on plyometrics & balance training to improve control, carving,angulation, efficiency and agility
• Prevent injuries
• Classes instructed by Physiotherapists

1 hour Ski / Snowboard session at Vertikal Indoor Snow Sports

Vertikal caters to all levels of skiers and boarders providing technical training on a non-stop ‘ski’ slope that changes speed and angulation. Sessions led by qualified instructors. See website at vertikalsnowsports.com for further information.
