- Our Physio will assess your running biomechanics during your running assessment
- We have a systematic and individualised way to increase your running capacity gradually Combining a running plan with running specific agility and strength exercises as well as running drills to improve your technique

8 week program begins 7th Feb – run sessions and strength classes taught by a Physio
🔹Mon 5:30pm Run – Running drills, interval runs, self paced (Reid Oval)
🔹Tue 5:30pm Strength class – Running specific strength class to prevent injury, improve biomechanics and performance (at our Practice)
🔹Thur 5:30pm Run – Running drills, interval runs, self paced (Reid Oval)
Price
🔸Existing Client: $521.00 – 60min Run Assessment, 16 x Runs, 8 x Strength Classes
🔸New Client: $539.00 – 75min Run Assessment, 16 x Runs, 8 x Strength Classes
Running Assessment, classes and running sessions are claimable from most Private Health Insurers.
Before you join the program, see if you can do the following pain free:
- Walk briskly for 30 minutes
- Do 20 single leg calf raises
- Jump and hop
