Physiotherapy

Evidence-based physiotherapy that gets results.

Physiotherapy is based on the science of movement of the body. It involves a treatment plan to help you restore, maintain and maximise your body’s biomechanical function, motion, strength, core stability and well-being. In addition, Physiotherapy helps to address pain, stiffness and underlying physical issues to improve your holistic quality of life. A Physiotherapy consultation can include manual therapy, Clinical Exercise, individual and group therapy or a combination of both.

Our Physiotherapists are experts in the structure of the human body and its movement, and will work with you from assessment and diagnosis to treatment and management. We prescribe personalised evidence-based therapeutic exercises, incorporating the latest scientific research into our treatment plans, and we do a full musculoskeletal assessment and provide manual therapy, exercise treatment and self-management strategies to get you back on your feet and living your best life.

Individual and group therapy available.
