🔸During your Running Assessment, our Physio or EP will assess your strength, mobility and your running biomechanics on our treadmill using video analysis. You will also receive an individualised home exercise program to help you reach your specific functional and performance goals.
🔸We have a systematic and individualised way to increase your running capacity gradually and safely.
🔸Combining a running plan with running specific agility and strength exercises as well as running drills to improve your technique.
Program details
- 8 week Program: 22 Oct – 12 Dec 2024
- 75 min Running Assessment with our expert Physio Ashley Currall or Exercise Physiologist Georgia Ferguson
- 8 x Running Sessions
- 8 x Strength Sessions
- Tues 7:00am – 8:00am Run Sessions– Running drills, interval runs. Self paced (at Rond Terrace, bottom of ANZAC Pde)
- Thurs 5:30pm – 6:30pm Strength Sessions– Specific exercises to improve strength, agility, prevent injury and improve performance (at Higher Function Physio & Pilates)
- All sessions are claimable from most Private Health Insures. Running Assessment (item code 500), Running Sessions + Strength Classes (Item code 502 with EP or 561 with physio).
